ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to follow your package directly through the carrier's website. International tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Estimated delivery times may be affected by carrier volume, weather events, customs processing, or holiday periods outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected window please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Unbothered Singles™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error immediately after ordering contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads are delivered immediately via email upon purchase. No shipping applies to any digital product. If you do not receive your download link please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
